The  company Director and founder of Success Gurus is Gavin Halligan Davis.

Gavin is a senior interim manager and consultant specialising in Performance Management.  He has 22 years experience in this area and since creating Success Gurus has worked with innumerable key clients for over 14 years, most recently with the Ministry of Justice developing metrics to support Prison and Probation reform but previous roles have been with Imperial Hospital developing performance management in the their Estates Department and managing budgets of up to £60 million,  Service Birmingham with the Adults and Communities Transformation, working with key users to collate, analyse and document business requirements. Developing the performance project business case, designing the deliverables and managing their delivery.   Gavin has also worked with Becta (British Educational Communications and Technology Agency) BP, SKY,  MOD, London Underground, The Home Office and ADTa and various Councils and local government bodies.
